I’d like to return what I purchased from your online store. How do I go about that?
In the event you are not thoroughly satisfied with your purchases from our online store, you may return it to us within 14 DAYS of receipt. Items must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging.
To return or exchange your jewelry, please call 518-781-4110 to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
After doing so, please mail your item(s) to:

Please write the return authorization number on the outside of the package to ensure that the delivery will be accepted. Please insure for the full purchased amount. Singerman and Post is not responsible for jewelry damaged or lost in transit.
We will refund credits upon receipt via the original method of purchase. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs.
How do I clean and care for the jewelry?
To clean, simply wipe the earrings with a slightly damp cloth. It’s best to store all jewelry with sterling silver wires in a small closed plastic bag to prevent tarnishing.
I’d like to send your jewelry as a gift to someone. How will it packaged for them?
Your jewelry will arrive in a 4″W x 5.5″L x 1"D white jewelry box enclosed with a colorful business card. The earrings will be on a card with a short description about how the jewelry is made on the back.
How often are new jewelry designs made?
We make a collection of around 100 new pieces each year.
I lost my earring(s). Can I order a replacement?
Due to the changing nature of our collections, we do not make single earrings. However, we can usually make you a new pair if we still have the style patterns*. If the item in need of replacement is from an older collection we may not have the same beads in stock, but we will do our best to match as closely as possible.
Please either email a digital photo of the earring(s), or mail us the remaining earring, so that we may identify the style number.
